Each of our three properties has its own unique advantages:

Glacier Suites’ Villas of Matanuska is our original & most centrally-located set of eight standalone residences, all constructed using ICF for the ultimate in comfort and quiet. Built in 2019, each unit has 3-bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a fully-stocked kitchen, storage room, ensuite laundry and more. This location boasts a prime location just minutes from downtown Palmer, Hatcher Pass, or Wasilla, with convenient access to all of the main highways.

Glacier Suites’ Villas of Upper Mesa was built in 2020 and is our second location of twelve fully-appointed standalone private residences. Located off of a low-traffic side street, it is also constructed from ICF (insulated concrete forms) for the ultimate in comfort and quiet. Each unit has 3-bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a fully-stocked kitchen, storage room, ensuite laundry and more. Though off the beaten path, it still offers convenient access to everything the Mat-Su Valley offers.

Check-in is at 4:00pm and check-out is at 11:00am.

As single-story, standalone residences, our properties at the Villas of Matanuska and Villas of Upper Mesa are both handicap accessible and equipped with a curbless walk-in shower in the main bedroom suite.

Yes, our properties are Pet-Friendly By Design. At Glacier Suites, we know travel can be difficult when wish to include your furry friends. Features like polished concrete floors and low-maintenance furnishings in our suites help ensure that we can retain 5-star cleanliness AND a pet-friendly experience at all of our properties. There may be an additional charge after check-out if there is excessive pet hair or mess in the property.

Bed linens, bath towels, and kitchen towels are all provided.

Our kitchens are stocked with everything you’d need to prepare meals from the comfort of your home away from home. We provide dishes, cooking utensils, mixing bowls, pots & pans, baking sheets, measuring cups, coffee maker, toaster, oven, microwave, dishwasher, grill/grilling utensils and much more. Let us know if there’s something specific you need to make your stay more enjoyable.

Yes, all of our units have complimentary wifi.

Traveling with children can feel like you need to bring everything but the kitchen sink. That’s why we provide pack & plays, booster seats, extra sleeping cots (great for kiddos!), and properties in safe areas with ample outdoor spaces. In addition, you’ll find that each of our properties is a standalone residence you don't share with other guests. They are also constructed from ICF so you get quiet comfort that’s great for families.

Our properties are equipped with smart locks, deadbolts, and locking windows, all located in safe/secure areas with low traffic.

We offer a basic starter supply of toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, laundry detergent, and shampoo/conditioner/soap. Guests staying longer than a couple of nights may need to resupply. Please let us know if there's anything in particular you need for your stay.

We try to provide all of the amenities you’ll need for a comfortable short or long-term stay. You’ll find an iron, cooking supplies, coffee, coffee maker, grill and grilling utensils, cleaning supplies, toiletries, on-site parking, all of your linens, bedding and towels, extra cots, and more.

For the safety and comfort of all of our guests, as well as the general care & upkeep of our properties, we ask for the following from our guests:

* No parties/events.

* No smoking & no illegal substances on the premises.

* No unregistered guests allowed.

* Please no eating or drinking in the bedrooms.

* Please remember to adjust thermostat before leaving.

* Please respect checkin/check out times.

* Please treat the furniture as if it were your own.

* Please don't rearrange the furniture.

* Please wash your dishes prior to check-out.

* Please bag your trash before check-out and place collected trash near the front entry.

* We prefer if guests remove their shoes upon entry. If that is not possible, be sure to wipe shoes of any rocks/debris and always remove ice cleats before entering.

* Some of our tenants are full-time residents. Please respect others' privacy and be mindful of noise levels at all times.
